Paolo Arullani


Paolo Arullani graduated with a degree in Medicine and Surgery, specializing in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He is a Professor of Medical Semeiotics at the University of Rome. In 1989 he became an Advisor of the RUI Foundation for university colleges and set up the Technical and Organizing Committee responsible for the establishment of the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome. From 1994 to 2001 he served as Chief Advisor of UCBM, as well as President from 2001 to 2013.

Today he holds the title of Honorary President of UCBM. From 2010 to 2013 he served as member of the Commissione Nazionale della Ricerca Sanitaria (Commission for National Healthcare Research) of the Italian Ministry of Health, as Vice President of the G.B. Bietti Foundation, and as member of the Territorial Board for Unicredit Bank until 2015. He is currently an Advisor of FADOI Foundation, Vice President of I.C.U., Advisor of the Aldo Torsoli Foundation, and member of the General Council of Unindustria and of the General Council of Confindustria. In 2015 he set up the Biomedical University Foundation, an international organization that promotes and supports the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome.
