The project by Labics and Topotek1
On the occasion of the projects’ presentation to UCBM competition Jury (16 and 17 July 2018), Martin Rein- Cano, founder of Topotek 1 and Labics partners – Maria Claudia Clemente and Francesco Isidori – have explained the main themes that have fed their proposal and design approach for UCBM masterplan and architectural development, “Horti Accademici”.
